So, last fall I got my first taco and was desperately unimpressed with the tires that came with it. I got it from a dealership used, but the tires they put on it were the cheapest all season tires walmart offered. I went over to @Discount Tire and got a set of Wrangler Ultraterrains, but ordered a size up (265/75r16). I've always been happy with the service they provide, and didn't expect anything different. Well, I randomly checked them today and I realized I got the stock size, but my order was listed for the oversized ones.

I called them today, and seeing as how we're already getting snow they're super busy. A short hold on the phone and I spoke to one of the techs there and explained the situation. He said to get it in and they would change the tires - no questions asked, no hassle.

I just wanna say how much I love having a discount tire in my town and how much I value their service! If you have the opportunity, check them out for your next tire purchase.

@plurby , I apologize for the error in size at the store but I'm glad to hear they stepped up and asked you to come in for the swap out.

I put a set of the Goodyear Ultraterrain tires on my Ram 2500 a couple of months ago and have been thoroughly impressed with them. They ride very smooth and are quiet plus they have awesome traction.

    Thank you for your business.

Just went to Discount Tire yesterday to have some Cooper Discoverer HTP's installed. Had an appointment, last of the day and they were slammed with folks who can't even check their own air???? Probably due to TPMS lights as we hit 39 deg f yesterday...In and out pretty fast but they were more worried about a guy in a Audi A5 who destroyed a tire and wheel... Three guys waiting on him.

Forth time I've been to the Clackamas Discount Tire. I'm please after 40 years of working with Les Schwab (NW chain tire store) but yesterday was a little less than perfect. My OEM Tacoma green N2 caps were tossed and they put on a mix-match of "chrome" hex and plastic gray caps... and the air pressures were a range of 34 to 38 all around... Might contact DT to see if I can at least have matching caps (yes, I'm a bit anal).

The discount tire near me always has excellent service too. It gets really busy during snow change-over season so I've learned I have to make an appointment or I'll be waiting a while.

I’m also a fan. I had a flat on the highway and the spare wouldn’t hold air ... around the time the DT 7 miles away was closing. I called, and they said they’d wait. I limped in about 30 minutes after it was closed and we all got rewarded with a new set of KO2s. It’s now time for a tire rotation so I’m going to get a 5th this weekend from the same store. Great service!
