Those guys are also assholes. Nothing like waking up at 4am to some jack ass stealing a card board box and having to run across the desert to get it back.

    Also, last night’s campsite.

I attached the trash bag to the Trasharoo with binder clips. This works great! It keeps the bag open son you can just toss trash inside and not mess with opening the trash bag.
The white bag in the right is for recycling.

My parents were in Socorro last night and snapped a couple pictures of your truck. I knew exactly who it was when I saw them.

The last video he did he only showed looking north and I thought he said he was in SD, but I could have swore it was Cayucous / Cambria. Now I see it was, seeing Morro Rock in the distance. Used to live up there. Always makes me ready to go back up when I see pics and videos - nice rig walkaround! Do any Big Sur camping?

    Oh nice!
We were having dinner there...good food!
    I’m really enjoying New Mexico.
Yup, I met up with Micah last week. That was day 2 of my trip. Today is day 11. That feels so long ago.

Thanks! That was a lot of fun meeting Micah and doing the video.
I’ve been camping in Big Sur a few times. I live near San Jose so it’s relatively close.

Yeah, the springs has good food for sure. If you end up down around Ruidoso I would love to check out your camper.

That would be super cool. However, we’re in Taos and heading north into CO and then west back to CA.

Where were you able to find the 3M CV62F tape? I'm planning to use the same after reading your successes with it when I'm building my GFC clone.

A couple advantages to having too much battery-
    1. You can run a 12v electric blanket all night long.
    2. Not really having to care how clean your solar panels are.

It went really well! Saw lots of beautiful scenery and had amazing campsites.

The only problems were the idler pulley on the dynamic tensioner for the Supercharger seized. Luckily we were in Los Alamos NM near a parts store. 10 minutes later we were back on the road with a new pulley.

Also my starter battery won’t hold more than 11.5 volts. It’s mostly cooked. It starts the truck maybe 50% if the time. The other times I jump it off the camper batteries.
It’s buried under a cabinet in the camper otherwise I’d replace it on the road.
