    Nerf bars, Tonneau cover
Just purchased a 2020 silver Taco 4x4 TRD OFF-ROAD double cab shortbed for $38,800 OTD in OH. Only option was the standard tech PKG and step up nerf bars. Was that a decent price?

Swapped factory lights to LED lights. Next accessory to be added will be a tonneau bed cover or a wrap around front grill guard.

    Thank you for your comments.

I’d say that’s a fair price for an new 2020 Off-Road. 2016 off roads trims used to go for around for $36,000 but the market price on Tacoma’s has gone up lately.

Seems as well or better than I did a couple months ago in NE Ohio...
I was just about $40k OTD for TRD Sport with tech pkg, all-weather floor liner/door sill protector, tube steps, mud guards, door edge guards, roof rack.
I doubt I had $1000-$1500 more in options.
My overall discount was ~7.25% before taxes.

Welcome to the forum, you did good on the initial price but if you keep reading posts here the price of your taco will double when the mod bug bites! Take this piece of advice....buy a bed mat and then bury your wallet in the back yard. You can thank me later.:D

Well, let’s see... you added a thousand pound of mods to your taco and then added OV Tune and then you drove it like you stole it and now when you go to fill your tank you realize that extra skid plate you added wore a hole in the tank but you thought it was because you put on 10 ply 35’s that didn’t rub without a cab chop and ... :anonymous:
