I’m new here and while I’ve seen a lot of information about Bilstein 5100’s, i still have some questions. I have a 2021 trd or and I just wanna run 265/75/16. I would like the front end to just be leveled with the rear. My question is should I use just the 5100 for the front or do all four ? Also is it necessary to change out the coils and uca or can I leave stock. Also, am I going to run into pre mature wear or damage issues from this set up. I just want front level to be able to do some mild off roading. Any advice would be appreciated, this is also my daily driver.

Plenty of threads on this subject, just search for Bilstein 5100. Short answer, you can use your existing coils, and will not see a difference in lift on the rear with a shock swap.

Don’t level it. Just get some aggressive looking tires if you’re gonna stay that size.

What is the reason for not leveling ? I am getting duratracks 265/75/16’s installed on some methods I’m just curious if it would even look much different with the front leveled.

Get 5100s for rear if you like.

You can level the front, you’ll like the way it feels with less brake dive.

I would recommend changing out the back as well. I pretty much did the same thing you are looking at doing. 265/75/16 K02s. Bilstein 5100s set at second notch in the front. still has a slight 1/2" rack but looks pretty level to the eye. I noticed a big improvement in Ride from the 5100s verses the factory 4600s. Ride is much better. I am running the factory coils. 5100s are designed to run with factory coils.

Did you add a lead to back or block or left it stock ? I do like how yours looks.

I installed 5100's with OME 887 coils in the front. Also 5100's with a wheelers 1.5" add a leaf in the rear. I have Wrangler Ultraterrain 265 75 16 tires. No rubbing now. They did rub at full turn before the lift. Very happy with my Tacoma now.

    Only damage to your wallet.
    Do all 4 conners.
    Can reuse your stock coils.
Stock ucas are fine for your project.
Get a spacer to correct a lean.
Replace the needle bearing while doing all the work.
    Add a leaf.
