Never touched the stuff and couldn't even if I wanted to.

You're definitely right, having a baby means the work never ends. Whether it's the baby or the house stuff it needs to get done.
I'm going in at 5:00 and probably staying there until 5:00am.

I thought you were a driver? Do you do local or work the yard or something?

I’m in a drug pool too. Maybe if I leave I’d try an edible or two but I don’t have much interest. The days of me even drinking enough that I can’t drive home are very very few and far between. I enjoy a beer here and there but not to get drunk :notsure: those Vermont beers are a sneaky monster though.

I don’t drink, so smoking is my wind down.

today was fire number one. Earlier than expected and haven’t done the chimney this year yet was going to this week. Will still do it this week but wanted to before I used it. I clean it yearly and most people go way longer without so not super worried but it gives me the heebies.

I’m the opposite. I don’t like smoking anything I got baby lungs. If I was to be on the weed it would probably definitely be edibles. I’d consider it once I’m out of the drug pool just to have that experience but, not a huge draw to me. To each their own, I’m sipping a Sol right now (I never said I drink the classy stuff).

I do it all. I work the dock, yard and drive.

I'm like you with the drinking too, I drink but just barely and never to get drunk.
I hardly drink and BTW I'm not judging I'm just saying it's not my thing.

I didn’t think you were. My attitude with weed is that it isn’t for everyone and if you don’t enjoy it, or don’t have any interest, then why do it?

    same with anything really!

I put a new thermocouple in mine a week or so ago. The coating on the wire was starting to break apart and it had a tendency to give up on startup unless I reset it because it wouldn't detect the fire soon enough. I can't believe how much that cost given how simple it is. At least it fixed the problem and starts up great now.

I'm probably up to $500 in parts into this stove, but given I paid about $2k less than I would have for a new one, I'm not upset about it. It's also pretty easy to work on.

    Morning my fellow bullshitters!

This thing should be burned NOW, even though it's running. What an epic POS this car is. Whoever said it's an HHR is right, I just realized the keychain said that. They seem to just use this for picking up parts and stuff, the inside has as much grease on the seats as the outside. Pure garbage. There are uncoated drywall screws holding a good portion of the plastic body together. It starts and stops and works but I am PRAYING my truck will be ready today. Or at least the rain will let up because it's a challenge to keep this thing at 65 on the highway.

This thing makes me hate GM even more.

Yeah that is the definition of a shop beater. Hopefully they aren't charging you rental fees for that gem of GM engineering!

No, certainly not, that's the only reason I'm driving it. I'm not sure my mechanic knows I live 40 miles north though. He probably thinks I live near Manchester.
