New England B.S. Thread

Me either, and I don't drink at all--way too many alcoholics in my extended family so I have never wanted to chance it.

I don't care what other people do, though, and I don't understand why anyone would.

 

I'm a drinker at heart, but I barely drink once a month lol.. I just keep buying interesting sounding beers

Can't do gingers, my sister and father love them.

I do love their regular rootbeer tho.

Orange soda and rootbeer are my jam. I splurge when we go out to dinner since I try to keep it out of the house.

 

I love ginger. The stronger the better.

Boylan's has my favorite root beer and I like Virgil's orange cream.

i went years before cleaning the chimney before, now I want to clean it every spring, but end up doing it in the fall

I started as a form of self medicating back in 5th grade. I didn’t know it then, but when I reflected back I see how it helped my issues (life was not good then). Then I turned to the bottle, worked in a restaurant that I collected my needed liquids. Then I started smoke the butts. Thankfully I kicked them, but when I joined the service I learned to drink, but I also realized that drinking like those boys did was not going to lead to a good thing.

Even being a med patient was nice, but nothing like it being rec legal now. I probably wouldn’t drink at all if marijuana was more social acceptabile.

Replaced the blower motor that I should have last year. I think I’m in about 200 bucks this year. I have a cheap englander and have no issue spending a little every year or so to keep it going.

 

Jamaican ginger beer is awesome, stronger the better. Add 3 fingers of Black Seal rum and even better!

They have that Maine Root stuff at B-Good. Or at least used to. It's pretty good.

If anyone has seen any 9mm ammo in their travels, I'd appreciate a heads up. I drove that POS car about 70 miles on Saturday trying to find a few boxes to play with a new gun. These ammo shortages are getting worse and worse each time.

Yeah I don’t smoke out at dinner parties or things like that. I eat a cookie before I go and rip the Thc cartridge before I get in. Leaves me feeling nice and relaxed for my night out and I don’t worry I’m out of place not drinking. Everyone I visit with knows what’s up, I just view smoke as something other people don’t want to deal with and I try to respect that.

 

You'd never notice. It actually might improve this car.

 

I've been sitting on my ammo... I have a good amount saved up. I slowly buy more when I find it. There's a somewhat local dude on the way to Cornish who sells reloads. I need to track his sketchy ass down again soon to get as much as I can.

 

This is my first 9mm and I thought it was hard to find .45 rounds. This is way worse.
