    Hi @CBI Offroad Fab
I wanted to give you some feedback on your website from a customers viewpoint in the hopes that the feedback will be taken into account and you improve your website thus improving the customer experience and raising your sales numbers.

Here is my list of suggestions:

Suggestion #1 (Sliders) = When I was brand new to the truck scene (which was only since March 2020) I didnt know much about off-roading products but I wanted some sliders to protect my truck against people throwing shopping carts at it at shopping centers and I wanted it to serve as protection for the sides of the truck, and as a step... I had narrowed my search down to 3 companies RCI, CBI, and Mobtown Offroad but I ended up going with RCI because:

    1. RCI offered the lowest overall price with shipping included to South Florida, it was like $300-$400 more for the CBI sliders than the RCI sliders with shipping included and CBI rarely offered coupons like RCI did at the time. I didnt know that you could use a Fedex Freight Facility as a pickup location and get lower shipping costs.
    2. RCI advertised on their sliders page that their sliders use a 2" square main tube instead of the 1.75" round tubes that their competitors use so I felt like I was getting more for my money.
    3. I didnt know what angle the CBI sliders were because it didnt say it on your website while the RCI page let me choose between 5 degree sliders or 15 degree sliders. I wanted the sliders to be as flat as possible so that they could serve as steps as well (in hindsight it probably would have been better if I got overland sliders instead of regular rock sliders because they have a wider step surface area).
    4. The kickout and DOM tube quality were standard with the RCI sliders instead of being extra addons like on the CBI website.

Looking at my 5 degree RCI sliders now though if you notice how wide they are, they only have one row of dots before the kickout area so their not as wide as the CBI Overland Sliders:

Compared to the CBI Overland sliders which have 2 rows of dots in the front and 2 further spaced rows in the kickout:

Meaning that the CBI sliders have a larger step surface area and they protect further out from the doors than the RCI sliders (something that you should probably say on your website like, wider sliders or larger step surface than competitors sliders). Some other stuff that I found out about RCI after I got my sliders were that they advertised that they use grade 8 bolts but they sent me mostly grade 5 bolts when I got the hardware that came with their sliders, shipping was cheaper if I had the sliders shipped to a Fedex Freight Facility instead of a residential address (RCI called me over the phone to let me know about this and gave me a refund for the difference) but if CBI had offered the option to ship to a Fedex Freight facility for less shipping costs using the CBI website instead of having to call over the phone I might have gone with the CBI sliders even if there was a $200 difference or so when CBI had another sale running. Im not saying that my RCI sliders are bad (I still like them alot) but I just wanted to provide some feedback.

Suggestion #2 (Rear Bumpers) = Can you explain on your website the difference between the Tacoma 3rd Gen High Clearance Rear Bumper, The Tacoma 3rd Gen Swing Arm Series Rear Bumper, and the Tacoma 3rd Gen Classic Series Rear Bumper? its really hard for newbies to see the pros and cons of each and the differences between the High Clearance Rear Bumper vs the Swing Arm Series Rear Bumper (both of them look the same in the pictures), some useful information to add would be:

    1. Side by Side pictures of how high they sit up compared to each other (maybe a drawing)?
    2. Which Toyota Safety Sense features work with it (lane departure warnings, parking sensors, etc) and which features dont work?
    3. Add pictures of the camp table above the option to add it or in the gallery product page.
    4. Are the rear bumpers made out of 1 solid piece of metal or several small pieces of metal welded together like how Fab Fours makes their bumpers?
    5. Are the bumpers made out of aluminum or steel? (the high clearance rear bumper page is missing this info while the Swing Arm Series page says that all rear bumpers are made of steel).
    6. How thick is the aluminum or steel?
    7. Are the rear bumpers designed to work with the factory air bags like the OEM and ARB bumpers?
    8. What grade hardware comes with the rear bumpers? grade 5 or grade 8?

Suggestion #3 (Front Bumpers) = These are some details that I would love to see added to the product information pages of the CBI front bumpers.
    1. Which Toyota Safety Sense features work with it (lane departure warnings, parking sensors, etc) and which features dont work?
    2. Are the front bumpers made out of 1 solid piece of metal or several small pieces of metal welded together like how Fab Fours makes their bumpers?
    3. Do the CBI front bumpers work with the factory air bags like the OEM Front Bumpers and the ARB Front Bumpers?
    4. If I change my front bumper to a CBI front bumper would my OEM skid plate still work on my truck? what about skid plates from other companies like ARB, Mobtown Offroad, RCI, etc?
    5. How thick is the metal on the bumpers?
    6. What grade hardware comes with the front bumpers? grade 5 or grade 8?

Hope this feedback is useful to you.

This is helpful to me! I’ve actually been looking at both and reached out to see if they offer a discount to us on TW. No word back yet though.
