Nice , your mounting system is very similar to the headache rack I have on my truck now , but your rack is much more solid .

The mount looks sturdy the only thing I'm concerned with is the lip on that bedrail mount. I wonder if it will interfere with a regular or low profile toolbox.

There is enough clearance for toolboxes. I'll try to snap a few pics on my buddies truck in the next day or so

Revised prototype.. I'll have mounted pics soon. The bottom bar is lower and I added the option for light mounts. These are probably a bit larger than most of you would like, but hey... I just needed some cheap lights for testing purposes! There are 2 options for the mounts. The longer is for mounting under toolboxes and have the hole at the end for tying down. The smaller one would probably look better for those without toolboxes. This will pretty much be my final design and can add custom pieces to them as requested. If enough people are interested I can offer a group rate. I'll probably need 10+. Pricing will come in the next day or so.

Any thoughts or feelings about having these galvanized? It would be a much cheaper way to keep it from rusting than having them painted. Then if you guys want to paint them for looks they'd be ready for that.
