    Hey all,

    I have had my 2020 Quicksand a little over 3 months now. I have already taken it off road on sand dunes - on a 4 day camping trip to silver lake state park in Michigan. I have since learned that you need to hold the traction control for 5 seconds to turn it completely off.

    I have also towed a trailer about 300 miles. Wow the MPG drop when you are hauling!

    Anyways this will not be a project truck until my K5 is fully restored. So I’ll mostly just lurk around and post pics of what I did with my Tacoma - not what I modified. Unless folks request pics of my blazer :)

    BTW this truck replaced a 2018 Colorado WT. I wanted a manual transmission- however my boys are getting bigger and I needed back seats that the WT did not offer with the manual transmission. Needless to say the Tacoma is not a manual and I would have needed to special order and wait for the truck to be delivered (during world wide pandemic).
    Had I special Ordered the truck I may Have also gone army green, but quicksand was definitely above all the other color choices - but I would have lost all the “offers and special deal pricing”.

    I am very happy with my choice! I could not imagine just upgrading to a full 4 door Colorado anymore. In my opinion this truck is “too much truck” with all the interior details in the package I have.
