I have a Prerunner with a 3.4 V6. Last week it showed error code 306. Number 6 cylinder misfiring. I replaced the coil pack, plug wire and plug. And it started running smooth. Today it started running rough again. It is now throwing error codes 304 and 306. Which is cylinders 4 and 6 misfiring. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner 2.7L started getting a P0304 engine misfire cylinder 4 replaced all the Coil packs with new, New spark plugs, and new injectors, then the P0304 changed to a P0301 engine misfire cylinder 1 so, I finally found a good company which I highly recommend they specialize in Injectors they balance pressure one all four injectors and use a high quality neoprene O-rings for the top ring. Just finished installing them and no misfire.

You could keep firing the parts cannon, and eventually you will likely solve the problem, OR... you could actually try logical diagnosis and solve the problem and replace what's actually causing the issue. If you don't have one, buy, borrow, or rent a good quality scan tool which will display live and freeze-frame data. Check your fuel trims and other combustion-related PiDs. Check your fuel pressure, check the condition of your plugs, test your coils and injectors... 99.9% chance that you'll find the answer in one of those.
