I saw a member on here machine an aluminum plate to mount a blue sea 12V panel in the bed cubby next to the 120V plug. I really liked the idea and thought doing something similar out of delrin would be simple and fit the look right. I've seen other members mount directly to the cubby cover, but I think this way looks a little better.

Anyways, the plate would replace the cover for the cubby, I'm planning for 3 12V round sockets (one will be voltage) and a switch to turn it on, they'd mount directly to the plate rather than using the bezel that blue sea sells.

My question is, how many people would be interested in this? For me to have a 1-off made would be pretty $$. But if I have 5-20 made the price comes down to $50-$30/ea. My intent isn't to make any money off these more so just bring the price down so I'm not spending $150 on a one off, simple panel. I'll sell these at my cost plus shipping.

    My design:

Would it be that color or a nice matching black? I might suggest making the holes round so you are not stuck using Blue Sea overpriced components. I have that panel you show drilled into my bed and in 3 weeks that volt meter stopped working. Bought a different round version and had to modify the plate to accept it. But the replacement meter has been working fine for over a year.

Yea if I do it it would be black delrin to match the bed. I think most 12v sockets I saw on Amazon have the flats, I thought it would be good to keep them from spinning.

All you need to do to prevent that is use the inside piece that locks it down.
