For your consideration, I have 4 Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx 265/70/17, E rated tires. As you can see each have at least 9/32” left. They started at 18.5/32” per Coopers web site. Tires are 2 years old with approximately 24,000 miles. Were rotated every 5,000 miles by local Toyota dealership.
Also 1 BFG 265/70/17 spare tire never seen pavement. Has basically 15/32” tread as pictured.
