Its not useful if you live in a city. My Scrambler is ~390 lbs and super fun to throw around traffic, and i can hit gravel too

    The older F700 and F800s are tanks, too. I have a 2010 F800GS with over 40,000 miles.

The older BMW F-series bikes with Rotax powerplants are durable and a good deal if you can find one in good shape. The new ones now have Chinese engines and time will tell if they're as good.

    I can get a 2018 Ivan Edition for $10k

    upload_2020-10-27_19-47-0.jpg

But seriously, for $12k for an 850cc is a really good deal for a Ducati. I love the old school Evel Knievel look! He was one of my heros growing up. Because of him I used to push the limits on my old Elsinore.

That’s how they come from Germany, the dealerships arrive department puts all the parts back on. That’s how mine shipped across country when I put it on the truck.

The KLR is 100lbs lighter. Even the BMW GS 750 is actually a 853cc bike and weighs 500 lbs wet.

I use to throw my 1100 Roadster around and outgrew that quick the 10 years I had it. The Night Rod Special was a rocket, and lean! I wish I had kept that one.

I am holding out for a Husqvarna 701. 74hp and weighs 324lbs. Already have a white suit to match it.

Growing up only the rich kids had Huskys. I'd be proud to have one.
