I have been looking for some new wheels and want to stay stock size. I can’t seem to find anything I like. I wanted done @SCSPerformance F5s but they are 16x8. What are you guys running in 16x7 size?

Just curious..why not go to 16x8? It still uses the same 16" tires, just less side bulge to look at.

According to tirerack.com the recommended wheel width for 235/85 tires is 6 - 7.5. So that’s why. I also like a little bit of bulge for curb rub protection lol. And they’d be even lighter than the 16x8s.

Scrounge around on Discount Tire, Tire Rack, Fleecebay and other Google search results. IIRC there is a place in TX called American Wheel handling remanufactured wheels.

What are you thinking as a "light weight" wheel? Weight range in mind?

You may need to find a wheel made of Mg.

Not sure, if an Al wheel in the 16x7 size will be <20 lb.

    Good luck.

    Your fault for running a skinnier-than-stock 235/85 tire? :p

Not aware of any lightweight aftermarket 16x7 wheels in our lug pattern. The OEM 2nd gen 16x7 TRD Off Road wheels I'm running are 20 lb each. Konig Countersteer 16x8s are 16 lb each.
