This is my second Tacoma. The first one I owned was an ‘06 Sport cuz of the scooped hood and they had what I was looking for in the color I wanted. There were a few times I got it stuck and having an e locker might have helped.
This time, I wanted the OR for the e locker and crawl control. I plan on using it for more off roaring than the Sport I had, even though that’s not happening till something changes with the pandemic. I’m also going to get a kewl skeweped hood her her, so no reason for the sport this time.

Yeah mine has with the tech package which I didn't really care about either way when buying, but I actually like the BSM and the cross traffic sensors which is really nice backing out of spots where visibility is blocked by another truck/van and not mowing over pedestrians/backing out in front of someone bombing down the parking lot.

Locker. Those speed bumps at the mall are tricky.

Part of the trail limo crew! Yeah, I was set on a 6' bed and they had one with everything I wanted when I needed to buy. I might have went with different color if all the choices were there for it, but they had a MGM and that was what I was driving already, so it worked. I have a grey Suzuki V-Strom that matches so chip repairs only require one bottle of touch up paint.

No brainer. The Sport is just a glorified SR, and the Pro is waaaaayyyyyy overpriced.

Had a 2018 sport for 3 years. Learned what I wanted and didn’t want.
Bought a 2021 OR premium/tech/LED. Wanted No hood scoop picked up 4 inches of perspective vision, no more gleen from the sun on the sharp edges, softer ride over road bumps, more mechanical Features even if not needed, and the 2021 transmission and pedal relationship, up shifts, pedal lag, and responsiveness is a hell of a lot better. Yup I spent more than the 2018 because I got more and I’ll keep this one.

It was the only one I could find at the time with the configuration I wanted. I rarely off-road so the sport would have sufficed as well.

Rear locker and thought crawl control was pretty neat. No tech package because I hate auto climate control and did not want a sunroof. I like the look of the hood scoop but wouldn't give up the locker for a scoop.
