Some people confuse me

 

Its them covering their ass from the state, since my truck would have not been up to state inspection code with the 35s on it. So it basically just takes the blame off the inspection station and puts it on the owner

 

Still silly to me, I get that approach though. But theres nothing to cover if there was nothing wrong, oh well, cant get upset about someone trying to not get fined and fired by commies.

Yea and I know the owners of the shop I use to use. It basically because there would be a discrepancy between the inspection and the way the vehicle was when found to be illegal basicallly

 

Morning Neighbors nice weather we’ve been having

 

"final push" weather. Been doing a lot of painting on the MIL house, more today, they have 90% of the siding done, should be 98% or so when they leave today. My goal is to paint everything they have up, and I'm 75% of the way there.

Tomorrow, finish anything I didn't get to today, and do some final mowing; nice and short before winter and then Ill throw a nice layer of compost on there.

Then Sunday, rake the driveways and parking lots and then switch over to the brush hog. And then I have plenty of dead trees to clean up here and there until we get the snow along with a few other smaller projects like deer fence and wood-line trimming.

This fall is moving fast, gotta get at it!

The guy who bulldozed some of my paths for me was hiking them with his son the other day.

His conclusion?


"Those trails are perfect for some back country skiing" He plans on skinning up and skiing down this winter.

Give me a month, and it can snow 50 feet for all I care. Just want to get the outside of the house finished and get a few weeks of lazy paced yard work in

Biking in will be a little slick today, wet leaves = slippery leaves.

Hpefully you have lots of bright stuff too. When i see runners/bikers in dark stuff or no light on their road bikes...

Not far.
Yes, reflective pantaloon strap (and reflective rain pantaloons), and another on my backpack and bike.
Lights, front and back. Flashing red and steady white.

I typically see no more than 3-4 cars on my ride in. Most of the time, zero.
Oh..and I am a very offensive rider. <--- Not this kind of offensive.

I agree about the light and reflective thing with some riders out there. Not smart.
