Leveling my truck with Bilstein 5100?

Purchased my truck with a puck leveling kit already installed. My fame is getting replaced and I was thinking about removing the pucks and installing some Bilstein 5100’s to level it instead. I read this isa a much better way to do it. Can I reuse the coils that are currently on the truck or do I need to purchase different ones?

 

If you still have the factory coils, yes you can use them, just set the spring perch on the 5100 accordingly.
