Did you get a pick up date? I sent an email out yesterday requesting an update, it’s been a month.

Did they say what parts specifically? Really hoping they don’t hit anymore snags, I’ve already changed my plans to go up twice haha

Email response from Cindy. Just gonna copy and paste. Interesting point, I asked for my build number and she states they don’t have it worked out like that.

Your deposit, like many others, came through during the Launch pricing time frame. It was unexpectedly, overwhelming....in a great way, but caused a backlog that we are working through. Your order has moved from the production queue to the production schedule. The only reason you have not heard from me yet regarding your installment payment, is that I am waiting to get confirmation on when the components for your build will be available in an effort to minimize any further delays or reschedules. I am very cautious on this point especially for our customers that are traveling from out of state.

We do not have build numbers, but I understand thinking that we might. There are several factors that go into when a customer can be placed into the production schedule. When your deposit was paid is one of them, but with so many coming in during the launch, it is a balancing act for sure. I have you on the schedule for December, but that is a bit fluid due to demand we have placed on our suppliers and when the components can be ready.

I anticipate that you will be hearing from me....like no later than end of next week to get your 50% installment payment, select your color and start reviewing an installation date that will work for your availability and our schedule.

We appreciate you and your patience we we work through these thrilling but challenging times for our company.

That’s what I thought.... probably top secret just like the photos of finished installs!
I paid in September 1st, and was originally quoted late October pick up.

I got this response to my question a while back from Ms. Cindy when I was trying to get some clarification: On the Estimate, does the "Estimate #' mean I am the 78th customer in queue?

"The Estimate number is auto generated and has no relevancy to your place in the queue. Your place in the production queue has a few factors like when your deposit was paid and the make/model of your vehicle"

subtract the French status and your back at the bottom of the queue. but then im like fu@%#@$K you build is grouped with mine. Le Sigh

well one thing is were all Tacomas and thats their main make/model so we have to be high in that regard. unless they want more variety to get started.

Any updates on a venting solution for dogs in the back?

I asked Spencer about it when they first launched, and he mentioned they may figure something out down the line. It's the only thing that kept me from ordering.
