Dealer prices way to high

    Well went to the dealer to get the list for replacing the valve cover gaskets and they wanted $400 bucks. Where is it you all get your factory parts? I see sets on e-bay for like $150 bucks that claim to be factory but don’t know. Thanks, Ron

    Have you priced out these part numbers on some of the online Toyota Dealers.

    All dealers are not the same as they are Independently owned.

    It took me a few Years to train my local Toyota parts Manager now we get along great these last 20 years .

    Funny you say that.. I’ve been looking at the online dealer sites since I posted the message and have found it literally half price.. I’m going to keep looking, kinda crazy how some are way lower than others.. thanks for the reply

    Dealers are independent franchises, the parts manager can set the pricing. Most use Toyota's MSRP, but some are higher and some lower.
