After installing my front speakers and painting some interior pieces on the door panel, when I try to re install them, they do not perfectly line up. There is a gap between the door handle and the panel. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help. Thanks!

Pull the panel off. Something is out of place.

Without pictures, it is very hard for the forum to offer much help.

When I clip the plastic poppers in and tighten down the screws, it still seems to be off place. I have taken these panels off many times before to do my speakers, and they always went right back into place. I never mess with anything else, just took them off to paint some pieces and it won’t go up correctly again

Ok....allow me to lead you a little.

    Remove the panel.
Take picture of door where panel mounts (not so close, lets see the door interior), take a picture of the inside of the panel (not so close).

Picture wise, try to get straight on the door. Pics looking down are not very clear to diagnose.

Whatever you do, don't clip in or tighten screws until everything is aligned.

Something's not lined up properly. Could be the handle itself.... Could be the door trim.
Take it back apart until you find out where it's tweaked.

Just put it back on correctly. This is a user error.
