    I just ordered a catback borla touring exhaust (via telephone) to replace my finally worn out OEM on Monday (3/18) so it is probably too late for any special TW offer :confused:

    FYI I purchased a Retrax XR from Kyle at real truck. Price was great but when they sent me the wrong part it took over 2.5 months to get it straightened out. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Kyle was very attentive to getting the sale but wouldn't help with getting the correct part one he got his commission. And calling in to their customer support was unreal. Read the reviews, this is a common theme. I wish I had done my homework before doing business with this company.

    Thanks for the above, I was literally in the middle of an order for this exact cover from them and while waiting read this and immediately Googled "realtruck.com reviews" and found them to be overwhelmingly negative and chose to not proceed with the order. Guess I'll just order direct from Retrax. Thanks again!

    I had a difficult experience in the last few weeks as well. Received the wrong part and had a hell of a time getting it returned and a refund. An unwanted tonneau cover is no small thing to have laying around the house.

    I appreciate the confirmation. I am generally pretty meticulous about checking reviews. I've read through literally hundreds of pages of threads here on various things including tonneau covers before and after getting our Tacoma, but only did an initial cursory glance here for realtruck.com. Thankfully the second time I saw Mainely_Tacoma's post and did the Google thing based on that. Sounds like it may have saved me from a major headache.

    Thank God I came here during the checkout process to see if RealTruck had coupon codes on TW and saw this. Was just about to purchase a Retraxone XR. Pretty sad if their guy responds to posts 3 months after. Sounds safer to just purchase straight from Retrax or Amazon.

    I just ordered a Tonneau cover for my 2018 Tacoma. Wish I had noticed this thread prior. Tho, I did read the Tonneau Cover information thread by Kyle. So, all in all, I'm pleased with what I read and what I paid so no complaints.
