I used a $32 wood bit on my router and it worked like a charm buzzing the aluminum down... creates tons of shavings though, so have a shop vac ready.

I’m painting them today. They’re welded so it’s going to be a pain but that’s the recommended order of operations.

 

SHIt, I AM NOT the only one, Well, I am ordering a switch pros 9100 next week, hopefully that will help a little bit since my engine bay is a clutter, I might relocate my antenna to my roof rack coming in a few weeks, or do a perm NMO mount in the roof, time will tell.

Installed the Black Oem LED fog lights

 

Installed the winch this weekend as well as some printed covers for the access holes to keep junk out.

 

Front bumper looks really good! Like the stripes on the grill also.
