I’ve seen a few Reg Cab trucks on the freeway that sure look factory, and seem to have the TRD look. Always wondered if there were special order combinations from the dealer. I started looking when I started disliking my bench seat on the 90 mi morning commute!

I don’t think it was ever an option on the 2nd Gens.
Even the 3.4 Regular Cab - 1 Gen trucks were rare.

watch your local wrecking yards for 2nd gen tacomas and snag yourself the seats and brackets on the cheap from them.

If you can, look for the "utility" package seats. The passenger one folds forward and down into a table of sorts.

Been wanting one for my 2010 O/R as the passenger seat 99% of the time is just a catch all anyway, I'd find a way to make milk crate clip into it or something.

V6s were never optioned in a regular cab on the 2nd gen 5 or 6 lug.
