Big Shout out to shellshock

Big thank you to Shellshock for helping me love my Tacoma all over again. Got the TSB Toyota didn't want to even let me pay for and OVtune. Have only gotten to drive a few times since installed, but can definitely tell a difference. Much smoother, shifting feels like it should, a lot less lag, no amping up on the acceleration (like a 2nd or 3rd gear surge), and unlike ECT mode the transmission up to a higher gear when not needed.

Well worth the money and didn't have to become a software programmer to implement. Very happy I went this way instead of pedal commander. I didn't know this was even an option. So thanks to Tacoma world for helping to again spend money on my Tacoma.

The truck just sounds happier.

I was contemplating the pedal commander due to ease of install. After researching and reading many threads I was contemplating getting the software, but have no computer for downloads. Work computer will not allow it.

Someone recommended this to me and I didn't even know it was available. There has to be someone in your area that can do it.
