Thetacogarage

I'm reaching out to the community regarding Thetacogarage. I ordered a TRD Pro gill with garnish from them and have tried to contact them via phone, email, and the website form. I received the grill but while it was shipping discovered the TSS will not work with my ARB bumper. Its been over a week of trying to contact them with no response. Obviously I would like to return the grill.
Any suggestions?

They are a legit good company with many customers on this forum but I've read they are very hard to get ahold of. Be patient and they will take care of you.

Yup, it is a small operation. I've ordered several things from him and have always been happy with the product but the communication is slow when he's busy. He will get back to you though.

 

Yup you guys nailed it. He's sending a return label and taking care of the return.
