With the right paint scheme that would look like something in the Star Wars series....

In other news, guess what got here yesterday:

    All the dancy shit.

Any bets on when it's running? I'm guessing weekend after Thanksgiving..I think the exhaust is going to be a PITA, some of the wiring harness is going to suck to extend/modify, and I need to modify one of the motor mounts, plus figure out if the pegs and skid plate fit/what it'll take to make them fit.

yea if your doing big stretches of highway and want to make good time... but to quote some Pirsig...

" We want to make good time, but for us now this is measured with emphasis on “good” rather than “time” and when you make that shift in emphasis the whole approach changes.”

or in other words we also want some single track too ...:bikewhoops:

ahh yes more like it. And yes it is a chick magnet, I’m sure the photographer struggled to get a shot without a passing by hottie in frame checking it out.

i think hand guards will interfere with the fairing. at full lock turning. i considered it for my ninja, but it seems unlikely to work. i went with winter gloves. still cold, but then again, it rarely gets below 40 F here

That the 140 from TBolt? Keep us posted on how that goes! I’m super tempted to get one and attach it to something stupid.

Duly noted, thanks for the information. I will see how tomorrow’s commute goes with the gloves and thermal liners.

    That’s gotta be a 250.

Yup. Helps prevent fogging up of the visor. I have the XD-4 and the laminate shield inside but it still fogs up at a stop or in slow traffic. I treat it every couple of weeks and it works pretty good and I also use the rain x plastic stuff on the outside and it helps head water up and turning the head side to side let’s the water bead up and run off the sides.
