I recently purchased a 2013 ACLB with a Leer topper. I wanted to know the model so I can calculate the dynamic weight load and static weight load for the Prinsu rack I am installing. I've sent the serial number to them at least five times in various ways, contact form on webpage, email to various addresses, I even called and got a generic VM so I left a message stating the serial number and my call back phone number.

To date, no one from Leer has gotten back to me. Piss poor customer service makes me wonder if they are even still in business or how they could be with actions, or inactions as the case may be, like this.

Any chance someone can idenify the model from the attached pic and provide specs? I would be forever greatful.

I can provide different angles if that will help.

    Thank you!

Try contacting an authorized dealer. When I was shopping for a shell I never found an option to buy directly from Leer (or any other company). I got responses from dealers within 24 hours

    Yep.
Post up a picture of the the inside, specifically the roof. If it has the honeycomb reinforcement, you'll notice the added thickness.

Find a Leer dealer near you and have them contact Leer with your SN, they will get an answer a lot quicker - I had the same issue trying to get details about mine.

Good suggestion to post the interior. Definitely not reinforced. I'll also take the other suggestion and drop by a local Leer dealer just to be sure.

Now that I see there is no reinforcement, does any know what the braces below are and where I can get them? They look like they'll serve dual purpose for me, brace the shell for the tracks/rack and let me put up a cargo net to hold clothes and such when I'm camping.

    Yes
that does look lime a reinforced roof, see how the width of the roof is thicker that part has a honeycomb structure in it.

Those reinforcements come from G3 Fabrication

I’m not sure what those rails are. But this is what mine looks like on the inside. I did buy used off another member but he bought from an authorized dealer.

in this pic, there’s no rails, just bolts that come in from the top rails. My guess is that those rails are for extra storage or to hang other stuff in.

Here’s the top rail. I do have a prinsu that mounts into the rails as well, it’s currently in the garage though

That's a great view uhplifted, thanks. It helps.

I'm attaching Rhino tracks this weekend and installing a Prinsu Top Rack. I may do something similar to what you did and put tabs of some sort where I can hook a storage net. Ultimately I just want to get the soft stuff like clothing up where there is easy access and doesn't take up room in the bed organizer.

I think they’re climbing anchors or something. I bought the shell as is from another remember. He did the anchors in there and the parachord. It is really nice though, I can put soft goods up there, and I can actually fit one of my surfboards up there too which is neat

Your shell looks like mine, and I did ask my dealer what the load weight was, I was thinking of a roof top tent. They said the static load was rated 600lbs, but could hold a little more. Cannot remember the dynamic load.
