So I found a Leer topper for $150 on Craigslist. I think it’s a 100XQ but not positive. I figured it was a great deal and I should snag it up since I haven’t seen many for a 1st gen double cab with 5’ bed and budget is low rn. Only thing is that it has a broken window on the drivers side. I called the local Leer dealer, they emailed Leer and the parts for this topper are discontinued. I’m thinking of getting Lexan or some kind of plastic around town but the windows have no frames and are slightly curved. I don’t think glass shops will do custom shapes and curved but I really have no idea.

Any ideas what to do or does anyone have extra windows for this around?

Thats not a 100XQ. This is an XQ. The logo is at the back corner, not the front.IMG_0418.jpg IMG_0483.jpg

I bought it off Craigslist and it has no model on it so I was just guessing by how close it looked to the 100XQ. It’s now discontinued so maybe was an earlier version of it? Idk

So I had my window broken as well. And being in Hawaii, there was no dealer for this camper brand.
20200727_122220.jpg my quick fix for the time being, was to put lexan in there, which was good for about a month. Unfortunately, with COVID19 lexan was sold out everywhere and I had to go with 4 pieces.
20200730_151929.jpg finally found a glass shop that would work with me, especially since a had a template from the lexan drawn out. The shop typically deals with home jobs and I was told this is the first time they're doing an automotive window. They had many options, and I opted to stay with what it came with (1/8" tempered glass with a gray tint). Looks good as new, but set me back $300

How flexible is Lexan? I heard it’s a little more than plexiglass. The shape of Glass unfortunately is slightly rounded so idk if a glass shop would even deal with it. As long as the Lexan can slightly bend to the shape of the topper I’m probably gonna do that.

Ah yes, probably won't help you make a curved glass. Any plastic is flexible, especially if you go thinner. I used maybe .08 thickness and could fold it in very easy. I wanna say glass typically runs .125" used on campers

Thats it on my 05, the canopy is from a short bed first-gen like yours, that's why it didn't fit well. I sold the truck and now have no use for it so its just sitting in my back yard propped up against my shed, its yours if you want it.

Damn I’m tempted to come take a road trip but don’t know if I could make it actually work. What town are you in? I’m in Colorado so not an awful distance.

Beg your pardon. The OP's canopy, is a 100XQ Model.
You're comparing 1st gen era, to 3rd gen era.
I have the identical top on my 04, and a receipt that states so.

Well bless your heart. The Leer website doesn’t say anything about changing the design of that model depending on which Tacoma you have.

Leer usually makes same models every year for Tacomas.

Such as 100XQ, XL, 100R, etc.

Leer did make 100XQ for previous generations... now they are making current models for 3rd gen Tacomas. So they are no longer making previous models for old Tacomas which means you have to look for sellers who have the shells listed for sale as used. I am not sure what would 4th gen Tacoma look like. I am sure Leer would make some changes to their shells.

    I have 100XQ on mine:
