2015 OEM wheels fit 2020 SR5?

2020 Tacoma SR5, cement

I have a chance to buy 4 OEM steel 2015 245/75-16 (same size as mine) wheels with tires. I'd like to maybe get snow tires some day as a second set.

As far as I can tell, the 2015's have 30mm offset, and my 2020 SR5 has 25mm. Being new to this, I have no idea if that is a big deal or not. And is there anything else I should be considering fit wise?

These are the 2015 wheels.
