Same way you do it any other way since they're the same tires and wheels.

Because in OPs case, the offset is caused by the spacers or spindles....

2nd all the Spidertrax guys. I've had them on my truck for three years and no problems. I check them every now and again to make sure they are still torqued to the correct spec.

OP question was asking how he would rotate tires if he changed wheels to different offset front and rear to tuck them in.

I had the Maxtrac spindle lift on my '09 Tacoma and went with the 1.25" spidertrax spacers and it looked perfect. Even though the rear stuck out further than the front, you couldn't tell, unless you put a tape measure on it.

3/4" spacers on the rear is the way to equalize your track.

Then again, it may loosen up the cornering, from how it feels currently.

What do you mean by loosen up the cornering? I mean if it's just a little hit to my turning I don't mind I had to deal with turning the wheel half way while I waited for my cmc to be done to get rid of the rubbing. so as long as its better than that I'm fine lol

yeah I was asking about wheel spacers but to be fair someone else did ask about rotating the tires if they had different offset in the front vs back.
