God damn I'm ballooning up right now lmao I'm sitting at 295lb.... Haven't lifted in over a week but have been eating like shit so maybe that is contributing....

Most of it has got to be SARMs but it all hit really really quick so it's odd to me.

The child is just over 5mos now. About time he starts lifting with me. Diet has been in check though I cut too many carbs and am seeing slight strength losses but going to fix this week. Programming has been on point and I’m almost 30lbs down from my last competition weight and am programmed to hit the same top lifts in the coming weeks. I guess you could say things are going well.

Only eat when you’re hungry. Don’t deadlift. It’s bad for your back. And whatever you do, don’t squat too deep. It’s terrible for your knees.

    This is the way.

    be well :)

    More beer curls tonight.
I’m in this like “fuck it” attitude I need to get out of.

I want to be running but can’t so I guess I’m protesting by doing nothing like thats going to resolve anything LOL.

This weekend I’ll lift I swear.

Lets prentend I need a mental brake after my last training cycle so I feel justified.

Got a good pump in. I get satisfaction pushing it when I get 2 days off this weekend.

    3RFT:
2 laps farmer carry, 1 arm at a time
    15 unanchored situps
10 weighted lunge ea leg, held DB at chest
    10 incline DB press
15 rear delt fly, holy eff these were tough, thanks @PackCon
8 single leg press ea side, machine
x5 lat pull down 2/3rds body weight

This was my longest time of the week but it was good. I feel good. I pushed it. Enjoyed myself. Man I'm glad to be back in the gym.

Nephew is negative for COVID so I can hit the gym tomorrow.

This weekend I found a couple gallons of paint cleaning out the garage so the garage got a new paint job. Realized I could set the garage up for a bar or a gym.

    Bar with a kegorator wins.

Question: If the bar is at least 7ft long and I lift the keg 10 times before I pour a beer does it qualify as both a bar and a gym?

@Travish325 you said your first love is scotch. I have had Dwarts, Glenlivet, and Glenfidditch. Dislike all. I feel like scotch is too sweet. I’m a bourbon fan (Basil Hayden, Angels, Knob Creek, Elijah Craig etc).
What scotch should I put in my bar I may like?

You need older scotch like an 18 year. Glenmorangie 18 is my fave.

You may also like Laphroaig. I hate it but some people love it. Tastes like a campfire to me...
