After new tires and shocks, ride has bounce and vibration, is this normal?

Hi T-yoda, after taking to Toyota dealer (at Tire Kingdom's request) they found alignment and balance to be both bad. Service Manager informed me that for these tires the toe and caster had to be re-adjusted, more straight and centered than was done. By changing that, tires track straight now, however it does make the steering wheel looser. Said he had never seen anything like the balance that was done. I think he called it "chasing the weight", either the machine(s) were not working properly or the tech didn't know what they were doing. Once completed and paper work done, I sent ingo to Tire Kingdom and are now in the process of sending me a partial refund. Does it ride a little better, yes. I'm running them with 30 psi as another suggested. Still a little bouncy, more soft cloud than hard hammer. I'm still considering changing the shocks. Just letting the dust settle on this for a moment Recently had break pads taken care of as well, after all this now it creaks sometimes :/ Thank you for asking and thanks for the assistance.

Once you get “seat” In it, you just find yourself adjusted to it and take it as “normal” let’s see what happens. My wife is very sensitive to change on her vehicles as well and always hounds me about sometimes not feeling right! ;-)
