Was thinking about getting a one piece built. Anyone else here got one? My 2020 limited is lifted 6” and I’ve got some vibration. Pros and cons?

A major con would be the need for a second custom one should the first fail, assuming you didnt retro to a 2 piece.

2nd is a loss of ground clearance in the center of the truck. But your DB lift has already kept you restricted at the axle lines, so maybe that's a non issue?

3rd for some folk is price.

Do you know for sure the DS is the issue? That's a lot of money to be guessing about.

This guy did one. I’ve asked how it did for him a while back and never got a response. There’s other ways of researching this.

Single or double cardan? Double cardan requires a zero working angle at the pinion...could starve the pinion bearings.

Reduced critical speed due to increased tube diameter.
