I've seen that stuff in the local drug stores. The stuff I use has to be ordered online as I haven't found it locally and it's a hassle.

What's in that stuff? Is it anything beyond a saline solution? I've grown fond of the menthol and stuff in Alkalol but would love to find a more convenient option.

You fill the bottle with warm water to the dotted line, add in a packet of the pre-measured salt, shake it up and go. Super easy and very effective.

Wow a menthol rinse??? That would be a rush. Its just a saline packet, but they have others. Here's the website. http://www.neilmed.com/usa/sinusrinse.php

It really is, and it keeps things draining for at least an hour after using it. Ingredients are pretty cool:

    Purified Water (USP); Menthol; Eucalyptol; Thymol; Camphor; Benzoin; Oils of Wintergreen, Spearmint, Pine, and Cinnamon; Potassium Alum; Potassium Chlorate; Sodium Bicarbonate; Sodium Chloride;

If nothing else it wakes me up in the morning. ;)

    back to bone stock.
i use a NETI pot with a mild saline (very mild) mix. i used to do it daily, because i work in a tunnel being excavated. very dusty.

a neti pot is just an old school version of the nasal rinse shown above. use warm water.

i use the neilmed rinse kit also, it is great. it is great for colds, allergies, and sinus
headaches. i have gotten alot of relief from sinus headaches from using saline mist.
i keep a can in my desk drawer and at home, it works wonders.

I work at an Ear Nose and Throat doc. office and we have those exact kits. They work great. I guess it is just a salt that goes in the warm water. Sucks ass squeezing the water up there and feeling it go out your other nostrile and mouth (if you get lucky) but it works very well

drop in k&n for now. Deckplated. Got rid of the intestinal airpipe and baffleys. Replaced with shiny big pipe of more straightness.
    Well to add.
Try to find RAW honey..its going to have more of the good stuff.
If theres a hippy store.(co-op) try there..if its not in the food section.
Check by the medicines and skin products..
Dont give it (or any honey really to lil kids)

    Horseradish...clears out the sinus.
    Delivery option of your choice.
    Straight or otherwise.

    Also
    Apple Cider Vinegar.
Again get the 'hippy' stuff with the mother.(a gross looking slimy thing that gives the vinegar its kick)

Cayenne pepper...hits same kinda areas as the horseradish.and also heats ya up.
And alot of this stuff also contains a ton of vitamins c and other and natural antibiotics.(like the raw honey and theres something else in the horseradish besides the burn that helps..just forgetting what )

remember these bugs that make us so sick we want to die..are really freakin fragile..so weaponize your food.(onionis.garlic.chillies.citrus.vinegar).
Eat alot more fresh stuff. and kill the crap out of them.

I thankfully dont get sick often if ever. cause I eat this stuff alot.
(like wicked hot lamb curry.or spicy diabolic redsauce..its a Sicilian thing)

And yea..heat whisky(with honey and lemon and black tea) will put ya down quick and kill bugs as well.

    Hope it helps.
    and drink more water
