Would it make sense if I compared it to cutting a copper pipe ,how you would rotate it around the pipe, but vice versa?

 

From what I've seen of that method for cutting copper pipe, its similar in that the pipe is being rotated in relationship to the blade and the blade is cutting deeper on every pass. The difference is that a pipe cutter is still using a sharpened edge to make the cut whereas these abrasive blades are more grinding through the glass than they are cutting it like a knife cuts something. Similar but different.

 

Right, any pressure would crack or probably shatter the tube. Makes sense

 

There are a lot of deer here. When I was younger we had 2 doe days all season, now you can take a doe any day of the season no matter what weapon you’re using. They changed the doe season sometime in the mid to late 90’s.

Remember the CAD (Cardboard Assisted Design) chute I made a few weeks ago then made a sample out of aluminum? Fab shop got 10 of them lasered out and bent from stainless.
