I know this is a very popular topic but I need your guys help! For context, its my daily driver and I’m mostly concerned about maintaining reliability. This is my first truck and this will be my first time leveling/lifting a truck, so I’m a little new to this. My main goal is to level the truck out and maybe even do a slight lift (0.5?), mostly for aesthetic purpose and to fit a slightly larger tire. I’ve been researching the forums to try and learn more about the topic. I would like to avoid any spacers/blocks and I’ve read a lot of good things about the 5100’s. Do I only purchase front? Front and rear? Cons? Also heard some things about a bump stop and it negatively impacting the suspension, I honestly don’t know what that means. I apologize I’m very ignorant, ANY advice and/or recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!! :help:

Welcome and not ignorant at all man. We all start somewhere and I’ve learned a ton from this site about my tacoma the last 2 years. Check out the suspension forum on the site and then do a search at the top right in that thread for 5100 or bump stops sumo springs whatever you’re looking for and there is tons of info on here for you and I mean tons! Headstrong off road is where I would highly recommend via Maria. She’s very helpful and insightful with our trucks. She set me up with what I needed two years ago when I did my lift. Good luck

Thank you I appreciate the help! I’ve heard good things about Headstrong, I’ll have to look into that. I’m excited to start learning and mod the truck a little bit

we sell and install tons of bilstein kits at Westcott Designs and our cutomers absolutely love them! they are reliable as hell and budget friendly, and make for a nicer more planted ride over stock
