    Hi all,

In the continuing adventures of electrical issues with my prerunner 2013 double cab, now the clicky lights next to the sunglass holder are sometimes working, sometimes not. The main dome light in the cab works reliably, so I don't think it's the fuse or the relay. Any ideas?

Check your electrical connection to the overhead console.

Check the bulbs. Might either be bad or loose.

Ok, bulbs checked, even replaced and no go. Connection appears good.

Do you have the dome light set to come on with the doors?
If so, next time switch it to On and see if it works. Or pull down the sun visor and see they work?
In the On position the map lights, vanity and Dome all ground to the same location.
The Door setting uses a different ground?

Other than that, I am not sure?

Map lights (the ones near the sunglasses holder) are all on their lonesome.
Could be overhead console is failing,
    upload_2020-11-10_19-26-50.jpg
connector, terminals or even wire to overhead console is about to broken and making a temporary connection.

Thanks Caribe! That connector was a little dirty, seems to be working fine now.

Given that I keep buying shitpile vintage motorcycles, I sure use a lot of it :)
