I looked at another posting which had a pic of the fuse/relays. I rearranged mine so they match the ones in the pic.
The truck wont engage the starter, remove the starter relay and the fuel pump will power up.
Starter relay is testing as a good relay. No fuses blown. Truck is now behaving as if the battery is dead, when the starter relay is in place.

I still can’t figure out how you have power to the #5 pin of the Fuel Pump at fuse box if the relay is removed.
That makes no sense to me. The only way for power to be at #5 with the relay removed is from the Fuel Pump.

When you replaced the fuel pump, did you have to do any rewiring?
What brand pump did you use?

I'm damn confused right here. Sum Ting Wong.

This is going to require someone on site that knows how to troubleshoot electrical circuits.

    Yeah, I hear that.
I don’t know if rearranging the fuse box to match someone else’s is a good idea.
What ever the case, if you figure this OP.
Let us know, this is a strange case indeed.

I agree, its a weird one.
My next step is to get all the relays checked using multimeter.

No rewiring. Pump brand is ultra power. The pump engages fine when the starter relay is taken out of the fuse box.

Put an on/off switch in the cab for the fuel pump, and bypass the whole mess?
