My 2019 taco is cement grey, just over a year old and I am already having issues with the paint and protective stickers. There is a spot just smaller than a baseball on the roof that has turned a very pail green and it won't come off despite the use of compound and washing multiple times. Also the protective stickers on the door edges and behind the door handles have started to develop light brownish blotches that no amount of washing or elbow grease has gotten out. Has anyone else experienced any of these issues? Or have any suggestions?

I know the protective stickers are put on by the dealership so I will most likely try to get them to remove and replace them if I cannot find a way to remove the blotches on my own.

I had issues with a GM pickup with paint about a year after purchase and they repainted it under warranty. I would check with local dealer and document the paint issues to see if they will fix it or cover under warranty. The issue I had was a lack of clear coat sprayed on the cab corners

Pale green? Maybe it’s turning lunar green?

Here are pictures of the paint and the protective stickers. I have a claim open with Siskin to repair the spot but the Collision center recommended holding off unless it worsens or other areas become discolored because the repaired areas won't hold up as well as the factory finish.

I would put it on the dealer to make right. This seems rare enough that it was a manufacturing issue.

I dont believe that door edging is put on by Toyota - my 2019 doesn't have it. I would definitely see what the dealer you purchased from has to say. That looks terrible!
