Just FYI, I looked into doing half of the Goose Gear access cab seat delete myself, but.. you have to remove the rear center console and the plastic tub that runs the width of the back seats. The 50% only would have a gaping hole in the center unless you get really creative.

My rear with the center console removed to see how I’d like the 50% delete. I couldn’t quite figure out how to work the delete. I wish they had done a 60/40 split to take care of the center console.

 

It's done...well kinda, I need to do rear brake lines. Cali raised bed stiffeners next

 

Hmm could maybe mount a small sized gun safe to take up the spot and keep the same look/level. Just a thought.

 

What tool roll is that?

scott_b, as deekyn said you need to remove the rear center console and the plastic liner inside the storage bins, so you’d have a gap there after only covering half with one delete panel. You could easily cut the plastic liner as needed and make a cover for the exposed area. There is a center bracket that ties the two panels together, but doesn’t support weight.

I recently got my 2007 AC TRD OR back from a friend I had sold it to 6 years ago. Everything was in pretty good shape, but the Driver's seat had the typical torn bolster. I ordered a replacement cover for the bottom cushion off of e-bay (not OEM) and replaced the cover. The fabric isn't a perfect match, but it's close enough for a 13 year old truck.

One good tip I learned from a friend that I have used before, is instead of using hog rings, use heavy duty zip ties. Then you can tighten them all into position as you work around the cover. I find this much easier than hog rings for the amateur upholsterer.

 

That roll is a dickies wrench roll up, which works and is small but I don’t love the ties.

It's the perfect size for where I store it (left cubby, in the bed). It has three small pockets which I think are useless, it should have one large one. I don't really have a place to keep sockets. I might be able to put them on a rack and use one of the tool slots.

I have a regular cab so space is limited.

From the short drive home, these things are grippy! It honestly felt like I was driving on dry pavement... and there's a sheet of ice with 3" of snow/slush on top... lol

 

I have that same bucket boss and it fits perfectly in my double cab bins even under my fridge. (hope I dont need them after the fridge goes in) I think I need to find a better spot that I can access.

Changed my oil on Friday last week and found this in the filler...
Is this just water build up? I added a little sea foam in there, my first time trying it. Also does anyone know why the hell my engine cover has oil on it? I do not see any visible leaks of oil or anything in my engine bay but every time I pull it off it has more oil soaked into the foam. I check my oil all the time and I am not losing any. I did just change my steering rack which had a small leak but I cant tell if this is oil or steering fluid.

 

fixed my p0012 code by cleaning the actuator, screen and sensor. dealer wanted 12 hours x 140$/h plus parts.

cost me some oil and a roll of paper towels

 

The brown foam in your filler is fairly normal if you're only taking short drives and it's not hot enough for long enough to heat off the excess water/condensation. I get it in the winter on my truck.

Anything you can see dripping onto a belt or something below that's slinging the oil up? That's a weird spot to see a leak accumulate..
