I have a 7 ft piece of SCH40 that's 1.66" OD that would make a decent ghetto barbell but I don't have any additional weights for it. i've been procrastinating committing to the same to make some weights for it

when i quit lifting I was focusing on sumo deadlifts (due to my proportions), squats, military press, and bench.

 

that sounds like a pretty well rounded plan to me. was it hard to adjust to IF?

 

I cancelled my membership since the ex had a bunch of equipment. My gym has since gone bankrupt and the only thing close by is one of those planet fitness style places that does $10/mo plans. My roommate says it's so busy you can hardly work out there now so i haven't bothered.

I have been trying to stay consistent about jogging a couple times a week and doing yoga but the core issue is that I eat way too much. I used to be militant about counting calories and macros and i just gave up. Trying to will myself back into it and add in more exercise too

It isn't hard, but u gotta stay busy/distracted to help avoid thoughts of eating. Days when I'm off work and at home I catch myself checking the fridge out of boredom. U can do it easy

 

Damn that's rough my dude, sorry about that. Diet plays much more of a role in body habitus than does regular exercise. U got time rn if u ain't gyming to fine hone in those dieting skills. No diet is a all in one treatment. Try untill u see what works for u


How u dig the yoga? Heard good things about it but haven't tried it myself. I'm too much of a spazz but am interested to hear personal feedback on it
