How do I make a word a link?

For example if I where posting the following: You can find it here.

How do I make the word "here" a link that you click on??

    Thanks in advance!!
    Hope this makes sense.

When you are writting a message there is an icon right about the text box that looks like a globe with a chainlink on it (on my screen it is 2nd row, 11th icon in).

...and the word you are looking for is "hyperlink" or just "link"

As d10k6 posted, use the icon described. But fist, highlight the word here, then you click the icon. Put in the URL in the little pop-up window, click OK. You're done. You'll see 'tags' around the word with a reference to the website you used. Once you post it, it looks just like what I did here.

Edit to add: it's called an inline hyperlink.

Yup, that worked. Surprised to see Stearn still around after all these years. I used to listen to him on a Boston station years ago. Funny, but his shtick got old after a while.
