I saw it! Nice watch, I was torn between the two. I’m now really testing my willpower and doing everything I can to not buy a 104 which I don’t need...

I did the same. I also agonized over holding out to order an anniversary edition that had the red seconds hand. In the end I purchased mine because it was the one the dealer hand on hand when I was in Germany. A buddy and I rented a car and dipped over the border to a little town that had a Sinn dealer just to buy that watch. Great trip. Tooling around in a rental Fiat on the German/Luxembourg border with my new watch.

Picked up a GShock Mudmaster...its like a big old truck.
For more refined times I have my Grandad's 40 year with The Illuminating Company 1960 Gold Hamilton Stafford. It needs a new band but I like it how it is.

Wanted to give a bit of an update from a year ago on this watch. I bought it because I was looking for an American made piece that was durable. I know it only has a quartz movement in it but it’s kept time well and it’s taken a hell of a beating over the past year. I’d buy it over again. 8E6A137E-7B97-4EF5-BA34-FDA1BBF4304F.jpg

I've moved on from the quartz movement snobbery. I get it...autos are cooler and I have some but the quartz technology is pretty cool and it's nice to put on my watch after it's been sitting and the time is still correct. My Cartier Tank is a quartz!! The Horror!!! LOL. Look at Grand Seikos, they use a shitload of quartz. Grow their own crystals too. And trust me...their watches are badass. In the end it's all about what you like and want. All good. BTW....nice watch.

Always loved the Milgauss. My regular wear is a Submariner. I have a few other mid-grade watches but always go back to the sub.

I've been a big fan of Orient watches for a little while now. Not crazy fancy but I enjoy the in-house movement and a nice alternative to Seiko divers.
