    4 run, 2 don't
Looks like the second truck has a body wrapped up and sitting on their traction boards :burp:

I just run a simple topper with a fridge, and storage boxes on one side and an area to sleep on the other. Never had an issue with it. Without having a platform in the back I can sit up straight or "stand" on my knees easily. Sleeps my at 6'1" comfortably, but absolutely awful with 2 people in it. Not enough space with only have the bed.
I originally did the same set up but with a fiberglass topper. Better for sleeping, worse for function of the truck bed. 1019190800.jpg

Sick setup! What you using for charging (solar/battery)? Thinking of doing the same but with a raised platform on the left side for the bed, and then just cabinets on the right.

In this truck, just a single Odyssey group 34R, that's being charged with a voltage boosting fuse. I've never had an issue running the fridge for a couple days. I can usually squeeze out 2 days and 2 nights before it hits the cutoff point. On my previous Jeep I had a 100w solar panel on the roof, and even in rainy cloudy weather it could run the fridge nearly indefinitely. My next build will like have a dual battery and a portable solar blanket.

Here's mine. I originally had an early '80s Four Wheel Camper Fleet model, but sold it to a guy in Canada. It was missing all of its hardware and I wanted a hard side camper than raising or lowering the top when I wanted to use the camper.

It's from Phoenix Popup Campers, in Commerce City, Co. just north of Denver. They build custom campers.

I've been full time in the back of my rig for around 5 or 6 months now while I travel the backcountry of America. I did a custom build out with 2 different set up options, one for basecamp and the other for on the go/gear security. Have a range of 225 miles through rough country and an on target time of roughly a week and a half (longer if natural water sources are available). Not the roomiest but cost and weight wise it is hard to beat.

    Lol...indeed.
    It’s like 70% done.
The pop top really needs a tent.

Edit- the best part about this is takes about 45 seconds to set up and break down camp.

You're doing it all wrong. You're supposed to be in debt with a brand new Tacoma or 4Runner covered in a shitload of overland bling stuck to the outside of it even though it would fit on the inside and it's all in pristine condition because it has never touched dirt on your commute from suburbia to the cubicle. Do you even insta, bro?
