Replacing my Lower Oil pan, the jack came off the cross member and dented the pan. I have the new Pan, Seal separator, razor blades, no residue cleaner, and the FIPG Seal Packaging.
Looking for any info and the proper way to apply the FIPG?
    Thanks

Think layer spread with your finger. Don't put a big bead on the pan lip and tighten it down. Lots of people overuse sealant thinking it will help.

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
What's the P/N for the Toyota FIPG? I've found a couple, not sure which the lower oil pan uses.

Take note that fipg goes to the INSIDE of the bolt holes.
Not to the outside, other wise oil can leak through the bolt holes.
I usually go all the way around the holes, just to “be sure”.
    Thin layer should do it.

Is there good access to the pan on the 6 cylinder? I did mine on 2.7 and it was super tight!

Cleaning the mating surfaces is also very important to prevent leaks. I used acetone to help clear away all the old FIPG. That is what will take the most time. There is a forum on here with a great pic about how to properly install the FIPG. Guy does two lite passes all the way around coming on one side of the hole first pass and other side the next pass. I did it based on that and zero issues. Another tip. Do a practice run lifting it into place before you actually put your FIPG on the pan. Might help you avoid having to do it again.

Those TQ specs have always been confusing.
    I believe it’s 80 INCH for bolts.
    And 7.4 Ft/lbs for nuts?

I think it's a typo in the manual.
    1 N m = 0.74 (0.73756)
