You do get the A-TRAC System in place of Crawl Control with the Manual, it is a great system for off road too.

That's true...and the clutch start cancel feature is useful offroad as well. I'm back to leaning toward the manual again. My dealer is gonna to think I'm nuts if I come back and place the exact same order I just canceled lol.

It just arrived yesterday, on Dec 10. EXACTLY 2 months after I ordered it, funny that.

It will take them a couple of days to install the dashcam, power tailgate, roofrack, undrrcoating, etc. and then it's good to go.

First thing - putting new BFG KO2s on it, like on my current one.
If anyone needs a really good trade on off the lot tires, I highly recommend Tirecraft, Chilliwack ( https://goo.gl/maps/eAE7V6vkamyZYSkV9 )

I'm wondering why you'd skip undercoating. I'm not sure how they do it, but as an Ohio resident, I definitely plan to protect the underside of my truck against road salt during the brutal winters here. I think it's a worthwhile investment IF it's done right. I'll probably do it myself to ensure it's done thoroughly, with durable undercoating.

Rubberized Undercoating always traps moisture under it and it ends up rotting everything from the inside out. There are many, many threads on here about rust preventatives. It seems as if oil or waxed based type preventatives are the popular choices, most guys go on here go with Fluid Film but my personal choice was 3M Body Cavity Wax as it does not smell bad and dries enough that you can work under the vehicle and not end up with it all over you. Good luck and have fun with the new truck!

Sure, I get that. There is a right way and a wrong way to do everything. That's what I mean by "ensuring it's done right". There is a guy on YouTube called ChrisFix who has a great video on DIY undercoating, using excellent materials (not rubberized). It's a 2 coat process and is supposedly everlasting. It's actually not difficult at all to DIY.

Was just thinking about that. How many would recognize that, and would it be more or less than the people that know how to shift an H pattern?

My guess is slightly less in the US, but way more globally.
