Iv had them on my off-road and they all appeared to have the ever so slight bubble on each sidewall in one certain spot. I ran them 26k miles and installed 5 - 265-75-16 ko2’s which I found in CL for 350.00 ... measured 12/32 and the spare was new... hard to pass up. Now have 34k on the truck and no problems

You can also run your truck with a little less oil than needed, but I wouldn't. Everyone takes the risks they want to.

Pull the tire off. Put the spare on. Take the bubble tire to the dealer. They should replace without issue.

Sidewall bubbles can happen from impact with a pothole or curb or...... They also can happen from manufacturing defect. They can blowout without warning.

Whatever the cause. Get that off the road. Run your spare while the resolution is working.

I'd also recommend removing the pressure from the bubbled tire. It's not fun if that bubble decides to pop in transport.

Figured I would close the loop. After some back & forth debate with sales and service, they agreed to replace it after arguing with Goodyear. Glad to have a bubble-less tire and zero out of pocket just a couple hundred miles in.
