I have a 4" lift. The rear has 2.5 lift blocks with Fox 985-24-118 reservoirs. I keep bottoming out. If I install OME (EL111R) will provide approx. 2.75" lift. Will I still need the 2.5 lift blocks to maintain the 4" lift in the back?

Stock leaf springs, with 2.5" blocks now? If so, guessing you sit level? If you install, OME leafs, with 2.75". You would not need lift block. Back truck will sit .25" higher than it does now, with lift block. I would consider, a 2.5 or 3 degree shim, with new OME leaf. For proper pinion/drive line angle

Why do you think you have 4” of lift in the rear when you have 2.5” blocks? I think you Did you measure it? Why do think you are bottoming out (ie hitting the bump stops)? I’m skeptical unless you are either hauling huge loads or jumping off sand dunes. If you have 2.5”-4” of lift and normal length shocks you are probably topping off the shocks when drooping. You need extended length shocks to lift that high.

No leaf packs advertised to give 2.75” of lift will not give you 4” of lift.

I think you might be incorrectly thinking that the rear tires shocks are giving you lift. They do not.

I'm guess he has 4" in front. Back is 2.5, so leveled front to back. Which they call/he calls 4" lift

I’m really not sure how you can read it that way, but we can wait for him to clarify.
