Ever since I got my 2011 it has had this annoying as crap squeak going over certain types of bumps and every time I close the doors.

Finally took a minute to track it down and found that someone (not me) apparently went ham tightening the 10mm/philips screws/bolts that hold the tops of the headlights and the grille to the core support. All of the plastic inserts are hopelessly stripped out and so the tops of both lights and the grille move around, causing the squeak. Truck has a Satoshi grille and projectors on it so the front end has been apart a few times for sure.

Does anybody know what the PN on those damn things is and/or a source to get the inserts (bolts too, mine are rusted)? Not having any luck searching the interwebs.

    Thanks in advance.

I just replaced my headlight and grille screws
    Screws number is

Headlamp Assembly Screw - Toyota (90159-A0029)

    Grommet number is
    Toyota Part No.:90189-05142
    GROMMET, SCREW

I would cross check the numbers to be sure, but Toyota uses these screws and grommets across multiple platforms.

Glad I could help. Also, check on-line for a price on the screws. When I went to the stealership, they quoted $3.90 per screw. I said, "I found them online for about $1.26," they matched the price.
