Glad you got it all straightened out. Can you share the name of the shop that did the job originally?

As a professional CYA man, this is a good move. Also if you bought them through the shop it should be brought to the suppliers attention and they may help advocate for you using their leverage.

I could, but they send an apology and paid for the fix...had every intention of smashing them. But they helped make it rightsi I dont feel that I should. Anyone can have a bad day...

Shadow wing, totally agree. I wasn’t paying attention and I replied before i saw that they made it right. Glad it ended well!

Shout out to Trendsetters Customs for correcting this for you, a class act. As sad a job you received from the original shop, you were correct in not publicly bashing them, after they owned up, and paid to fix it.
Good to hear every thing worked out.

Was following this on the FB thread. The shop that did the original install is notorious for bad installs, but installing the leafs upside down is the worst I've ever seen/heard of from them. Glad you got it fixed.

I don't know how they are still in business. Stuff like this is fairly common on jeep and offroad boards around here.

Noticed this rebound clip bolt is pointing inboard. Check the clip bolt at the front of the AAL. If it's also pointing inboard, it can dig into the fuel tank strap when the suspension cycles.

Did they install the Icon lift springs while leaving the overload spring in place? I removed mine as that's what the instructions said but would have left the overload spring had I thought it was possible...

It’s possible and people do it to get a little more lift out of the pack.
